Good day fine folks, I hope everyone is having a restful Sunday and weekend? After a scare the last few days with some issue with both of my feet, ankles, and calves swelling up to an outrageous level. I report that so far a good nights sleep and nutrition has reduced the swelling. Although, I am cautiously optimistic I will seek medical supervision today and press on past this event.
